About AUDA

AUDA is a creative management and experience production agency founded by Aurora D’Agostino, working across fashion and contemporary creative practice. We support artists, brands, and creative entrepreneurs in building projects, businesses, and experiences with long-term vision, structure, and character.

The agency is built around two core areas: artist management and experience production.

Within artist management, we work very closely with the people we represent — as managers but also as creative and strategic partners. Depending on the project, our role moves between creative direction, business development, concept work, team building, communication, and everyday decision making. We build the structures around the work, oversee processes from start to finish, and help create the kind of foundation that allows creativity to grow sustainably, without losing its edge. Everything we do is collaborative, personal, and tailored to the individual behind the work. We basically want to make sure you get to do what you do best while we handle the rest.

Alongside this, we develop and produce experiences across fashion, art, music, and hospitality — from fashion shows and presentations to exhibitions, launches, and multidisciplinary formats that bring different worlds together. We support projects from the first idea through to production and execution, with a strong focus on atmosphere, detail, and making sure every moving part feels intentional and most importantly like “YOU”

At its core, AUDA is about creating strong frameworks around creative work — combining intuition, structure, and close collaboration in a way that feels clear, considered, and a little extravagant.

And of course, we like to have a shit ton of fun while doing it.

Sounds like your kind of way of working?

  • “AUDA grew out of almost everything I’ve done and loved over the years. I studied art, worked in galleries in Basel, founded a nonprofit to help artists exhibit without giving away percentages of their work, photographed people and fashion for years, studied interior design because I’ve always been obsessed with spaces and how they make people feel, and eventually found my way into fashion management — where I learned how much I love building structure around creative chaos.

I’ve honestly never really been good at sitting still. Since I can remember, I’ve been starting projects, creating things, organizing people, building worlds in my head, and trying to find ways to make creative work feel both beautiful and sustainable. Fashion has always been a huge part of that. I grew up watching The Devil Wears Prada and spent most of my teenage years fantasizing about the fashion industry… needles to say 13 year old me would be screaming at the work we’re doing now.

Turns out my love for all things couture is equally as big as my fascination for artists. I love learning how creative minds work, what drives them, what they obsess over, what they’re trying to build. A lot of what I do today comes down to trust — people trusting me with their ideas, their projects, their pressure, their timelines, sometimes their entire lives for a moment — and I don’t take that lightly.

I have a deep love for aesthetics, old things, historic places, systems, planning, beautiful food, and creating experiences that make people feel something. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, there’s also an olive oil company I run with my family — probably the most Italian thing about me, and one of my favorite contrasts to everything else I do.”
